At Bartellos Italia we use ONLY fresh ingredients, dough made daily, homemade sauce and nothing is ever frozen. The dough is stretched by hand. Each is made. Quality matters. It's a matter of pride.
GLUTEN FREE
Bartellos Italia's gluten-free dough is prepared daily. Add your choice of gluten-free ingredients to create your own masterpiece. Your pizza can also be made with Daiya cheese, a lactose-free, gluten-free, casein-free, soy-free vegetarian cheese. During the preparation, we have put in place the necessary procedures to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Ingredients: Water, sweet rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, eggs, potato flour, unsweetened apple juice, organic evaporated cane juice, sea salt, active dry yeast, xanthan gum.
